We are sorry if you have received a damaged package and we hope that the items you ordered have arrived intact and complete. if only the package has been damaged and you would like to return something, you can simply use the packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Please use the return documents enclosed with your delivery - this will send the return to the correct address free of charge.

The delivery time for products from stock is 2 to 3 working days. The delivery of products with personalized embroidery takes a little longer at 2-3 weeks due to the individual production.
